Camden Valley Way is a major arterial road linking Liverpool, Camden, Narellan and Harrington Park in Sydney’s south. The project involved the construction of a dual divided carriageway of approximately 11kms total length and included significant public utility adjustments, construction of three large box culverts, large retaining walls, a bridge over the Sydney Water Supply Pipelines and significant property adjustments.

MIEngineers was engaged to prepare tender documents, quantity takeoffs, schedules, detailed estimates and contract documentation. This included an in-depth analysis of the mass haul, utilities adjustments, erosion and sedimentation, property access, as well as cross-overs and tie-ins to the existing roadway. 

MIEngineers also prepared a Construction Staging Report, undertook Constructability Reviews and Workshop Facilitation, and produced staging and traffic flow drawings for three construction packages.

MIEngineers' broad experience and expertise enabled consistency across multiple disciplines including estimating, contract documentation and constructability.
